This 55m2, 1-bedroom apartment for rent is a duplex apartment which allows for a very spacious living room area. The double bed is located on the top floor and below you have a very cozy living room corner and on the opposite side a dining room corner. The fully equipped kitchen shares a half wall with the dining room - perfect for cooking when guests are over. The bathroom is fully renovated with the shower and toilet in separate rooms.

The apartment is located in the multicultural district of Saint Gilles. The apartment is surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. However, you can easily get around town via bus or tram. If you are looking for a lively neighborhood near the city center, this is the place for you!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has multiple skylight windows which fill it with plenty of natural light.
  • There is a closet in the hallway for extra storage.
  • The bedroom has an entire wall of built-in storage space.
  • The living room is a big open space with skylight windows and comes furnished with a couche, arm chairs shelving, coffee table, storage, desk, TV.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, and a mini refrigerator.
  • The bathroom and shower are in separate rooms - convenient for more than 1 person.
  • The area surrounding the apartment is very lively, but you are well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and tram.
