This spacious, 70 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Avenue Zénobe Gramme in Schaerbeek. The apartment is on the ground floor, and comes with its own private garden. The rooms are large, and the property has modern furnishings and fittings. The large patio doors to the garden allow in a lot of light, making the kitchen and dining area very cheerful spaces.

You will be living on a quiet and attractive street to the north of the city centre, close to the train station, which has links directly to Brussels Central station, and will bring you there is just 10 minutes, making this an ideal apartment for a professional who works in the centre, but wants to come home to somewhere quieter, and calmer. There are a few local shops, for the everyday essentials, and with the centre so quickly reached by train, you won't struggle to find everything else you might need.

What we liked the most

  • We love the shiny, modern, and fully-equipped kitchen.
  • It's fantastic to have your own private garden in the city!
  • The city centre is just 10 minutes away by train.
  • The huge Parc de Laeken is just on the other side of the river.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine was not installed when Spotahome visited the property, but will be by the time you move in.
  • A person is employed to tend to the garden. You must provide access to the garden for them.
