The common space is large, with an open kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cook up a storm for yourself and your guests. The property also has a dishwasher so you can kick back and be as lazy and you want after eating or hosting guests. The apartment is on 2 storeys with an elevated bedroom, which gives you personal space away from the living space. The bedroom comes with a double bed and an additional single, perfect for guests. The large built in wardrobe gives you plenty of space for storage.

The property is located on Rue Van Elewyck in Brussels's Ixelles district. The property is between the Universite Libre de Bruxelles and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, just a 25-minute walk to each, meaning this property is great for students that want to be close to the universities and want to save on a gym pass.   • The apartment is spread across 2 floors, making it very spacious.
  • The Universite Libre de Bruxelles and Vrije Universiteit Brussel are both within walking distance.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a building with no elevator, great if you want to save money on a gym pass.
  • There is no Wi-Fi in the property, it will be up to the tenant to install and activate it.
  • The windows are skylights, so be careful not to leave them open on rainy days.
