A spacious and modern 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Etterbeek, Brussels. This apartment has been renovated very recently so all the furnishings and the flat itself is very modern. On the lower floor you have a spacious open living area, with a cosy living room, complete with a sofa and television. The living room is also well lit by a large window that has a lovely view out onto the beautiful residential surrounding streets. The window is double glazed, meaning no heat will be let out in the cold winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped with some really high tech appliances including a dishwasher, so you'll be able to cook up a storm and still maintain this beautiful kitchen. There is also a breakfast bar, which as well as a dining table gives you additional eating space.

This property is on Avenue de la Chasse in Brussels's Etterbeek region. The nearest tram station is just across the street from the property, so you don't have to worry about commuting. The surrounding area is full of everything you will ever need: shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and with a supermarket just around the corner, you will hardly ever have to leave this beautiful property.

What we liked the most

  • The wooden floors and wooden beams make this a beautiful space and give it a lot of character.
  • There is lots of storage space throughout the apartment.
  • There is a washing machine and dryer, that are out of way but still there for your convenience.
  • The windows are double glazed so you won't lose any heat in the winter.
  • The furnishings are modern and clean.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of high tech appliances for you to cook up a storm.
  • There is lots of additional seating space, so hosting your guests won't be a problem.
  • The location is great and very central.
  • This apartment is couple friendly.

Things to keep in mind

  • The property is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator, but with all the stairs, who needs a gym pass?
