A stunning 3-bedroom, 120 m² duplex apartment is available to rent in the Ixelles area of Brussels. Downstairs there is a beautiful living and dining room with windows on two sides and real wood floors, as well as two balconies. There is also a modern kitchen and a study (with another balcony). Upstairs are three bedrooms, one of which has yet another balcony.

You'll be living in a very central location halfway between the city centre on one side and the EU Quarter on the other—convenient! There are plenty of eating and drinking options nearby, the wonderful Léopold park, and a Lidl supermarket just around the corner.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a total of 4 balconies—lots of outside space!
  • We like the fact it's spread over 2 floors.
  • Many rooms have windows on 2 sides, letting in loads of light.
  • The decor is high quality and modern.
  • The location is perfect if you'll be working in one of the EU institutions.
