Spotahome's opinion

This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It has a common large balcony which can be accessed right by the front door. In the apartment there is a dinning table, chairs and an open plan kitchen/living area with large windows that overlook the street. It is very light and spacious. The living room has plenty of seating where you can relax and unwind in front of the television.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door. It has a double bed, and views out to the internal patio and rooftops, making it nice and quiet. The bathroom is beautifully tiled throughout with heated towel rails and a rain shower.

This apartment is in a great area, with plenty of amenities close by, including a shopping, cafes, restaurants, and right next to the bassin. It is on a calm street, right in the center with free parking in the street. It is close to all the tourist attractions and easily reachable by bus/tram/subway, or even by foot.

What we liked the most

  • The open planned kitchen/living area is spacious and luminous.
  • You are well connected with the rest of the city through the many public transportation options nearby.
  • With all of the shops and amenities close by, you can run all of your errands on foot.
