This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Ixelles, just a few minutes south of the city center. This 90 m² property is situated on the top floor of a historical, 1906 mansion which is perfect for families or a house share as it can accommodate 4 people. Depending on your needs, the second bedroom can be used as a study by using some furniture that is already in the living room. The interior features colorful and vivid decor, creating a charming wonderland that will make you feel right at home. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and elegant mahogany furniture, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences including a stove with an oven and a microwave. The bedrooms are perfectly designed for rest and relaxation, and you can wake up each morning bathed in lots of natural light. There is a small garden at the front of the house - this is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or a cup of tea with the friendly landlady who lives on the other floors of the building.

This property is situated on Rue Buchholtz, part of the Art Nouveau area of Ixelles. Despite being situated in a tranquil and historic part of Ixelles with many parks, you will be living just 2 blocks from the lively and charming Place du Châtelain, and also near the commerce area.
