Ixelles is also home to UNICA university and Vrije Universiteit Brussels, making it perfect for students. The spacious apartment covers three floors, each floor fully furnished. You will find the bathroom at the entrance while upstairs, you will be greeted with the living area equipped with a couch, dinning table and chairs, and a TV. Next to the living area is a well equipped kitchen and a bedroom furnished with a double bed. Up one more set of stairs is the second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed.

What we liked the most

  • Ixelles is a wonderful area of Brussels packed with activities to keep you entertained.
  • The apartment is spacious and open making it perfect for having guests.
  • The landlord allows tenants to have a pet, but just one!
  • The apartment has a fully furnished and comfortable living area.
  • The decor of the apartment is sleek, sophisticated, and modern. We especially like the black paint contrasted with wooden flooring!

Things to keep in mind

  • You can wash and dry your clothes in a common laundry room
  • There are multiple sets of stairs within the flat and the building itself does not have an elevator.
