This 55 sqm studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building in the Laeken region of Brussels. Laeken is the home of the Belgian Royal Family and is also one of the best connected regions in the city. Its transport links make it perfect for any students, professionals, or couples hoping to explore Belgium's capital. The apartment itself is made up of two spacious floors. The first floor has the living area, toilet and kitchen, while the second floor has a second, smaller, living area and the bedroom. The living area is furnished with a TV and two comfortable couches, giving it a cozy feeling. It also leads out onto a balcony which has a stunning fourth floor view of the city. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, washing machine, and refrigerator. On the second floor you have a small area over looking the kitchen which is furnished with two couches. Next to that is the bedroom which has a double bed, plenty of storage, and an en-suite bathroom.

What we liked the most

  • Being next to royalty has its perks: Laeken is a beautiful area of Brussels and has more than enough transport links.
  • The apartment is spacious and well decorated, perfect for having guests over.
  • There is a large balcony which has a stunning view of the surrounding area.
  • There is a toilet room and an en-suite bathroom.
  • The bedroom has a large bed and plenty of storage; perfect for couples.
  • There is a washing machine in the apartment, allowing tenants to do their laundry in the comfort of their own home.

Things to keep in mind

  • Internet is not installed in the property.
  • The building does not have an elevator.
