This brand new 1 bedroom apartment is available to rent in the lovely and quiet Etterbeek neighborhood, in southeast Brussels. Rue de l'Orient is conveniently located near several public transport options, and just a short walk from the beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire. The apartment itself is entirely new and features parquet floors, high ceilings, and large windows, making it bright and inviting. The living and kitchen area has an open floor plan that is fantastic for entertaining, including a dining table for four. This area is spacious and comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and shelving. The fully equipped kitchen has a lot of storage space, large refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and oven. Both the toilet and washing machine are separate from the modern bathroom, which features a big and beautiful shower. Finally, the large bedroom has everything you need and space to spare, as well as two floor to ceiling windows

What we liked the most

  • Everything is this apartment is brand new, so you will be the first to use all of the appliances and furniture.
  • The open floor plan and spacious kitchen makes this a fantastic place to entertain and enjoy a meal with friends.
  • There are great amenities, like the gorgeous gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
  • Etterbeek is a well connected but laid back part of the city for those who prefer some peace and quiet.

Things to keep in mind
