The kitchen area is situated on the top floor and is spacious and fully equipped with modern conveniences.
Watermael-Boitfort is a residential neighbourhood situated to the south-east of Brussels's city centre. The area is characterised by green spaces, which include Parc Tournay-Solvay, a charming park which is 19 minutes away. Tenants can walk 6 minutes to Gare Watermael, and the journey to the city centre is just a few minutes.
What we liked the most
- This historic property has plenty of personality, with tiled floors, fireplaces, classical furniture and wooden floorboards.
- The spacious garden is the perfect place to enjoy barbecues in summer.
- The kitchen has a jukebox.
- Gare Watermael train station is 6 minutes away.
- The property has double glazing which retains heat in winter.
