This 3-bedroom apartment covers 120m2 and has a lovely fully furnished room to rent. This apartment has spacious and stylish common areas, a beautiful terrace, and a very stylish decor. You will be sharing the apartment with the landlady, who occupies the 2 other bedrooms.

Watermael-Boitfort is a residential area that is well connected to the centre of Brussels by public transport. Students of the Université libre de Bruxelles will be within easy walking distance of the campus, and the area has beautiful parks to explore.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is stylishly furnished, with a large flat-screen television, comfortable sofa, and coffee table.
  • A lovely sunny terrace opens out from the living room and is furnished with a table and chairs.
  • The kitchen has a spacious breakfast bench and opens out onto a dining room with a large dining table.
  • The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and lovely wooden bench tops.
  • Watermael-Boitfort is a nice residential area, close to the Université libre de Bruxelles.

Things to keep in mind

  • You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly cat.
  • The bedroom currently has bunk beds, but these will be replaced with a double bed before you move in.
