The bedrooms are on the upper floor, separate from the common areas and the landlord's room. The kitchen and living room have an open layout in a room with very large windows, keeping it bright during the day. There is 1 bathroom exclusively for the tenants.

The duplex is located in Anderlecht. This neighborhood is a very lively area that is a little outside of the city center. The apartment is in a convenient location close to many bus stops, a tram stop, and a metro station.

Things to keep in mind
