This 86 m², 3-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent in a modern building in a popular neighborhood of Brussels. The apartment offers luxury with a renovated kitchen and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has very high-quality appliances – ideal if you love to cook! There is a small balcony attached, where you can step out and enjoy some fresh air. The other shared area is the dining room that is located in the middle of the apartment. There is 1 full bathroom, separated into a shower room and a toilet room.
The apartment is located in the small district of Saint Josse. Saint Josee may be small, but it is one of the most popular neighborhoods to live due to its beautiful architecture and delicious restaurants. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walking to a metro stop, tram stop, and train station.
