There is a large and cosy living-area complete with sofas, TV and a big dining-table, the perfect place to relax or socialise.

Etterbeek is a centrally located district, popular with expats and with a welcoming and multicultural atmosphere. It is a relaxed neighbourhood that nevertheless has plenty to keep you entertained including the gorgeous Parc du Cinquantenaire that covers 30 hectares.

  • With 2 bathrooms available for the 4 tenants, you will not be kept waiting in the mornings.
  • This location is ideal for those looking to escape the chaotic city centre but still remain well-connected.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no parking available with the property but given its proximity to the metro and train stations as well as tram and bus stops, you may find that you do not need a car.
