This cosy, comfortable apartment has rooms available to rent on Rue Godefroid Guffens in Schaerbeek. The 3-bedroom duplex has a well-furnished lower floor with a spacious, bright, well equipped kitchen; a bathroom with modern fittings, and a shower over the bathtub; and the large living room. The living room has 2 sofas and a dining table, and has windows looking out over the quiet street. This will be a very welcoming place to call home.

The immediate area around the apartment is quiet and residential, but you won't have to walk far to find local amenities, with grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a few cafes and takeaways within just a couple of minutes. Transport connections are good, so you'll be able to commute to work with ease. And to relax in peace and quiet, Parc Josaphat is just a short walk away.
