The common living areas are well equipped with a kitchen that includes oven and toaster and a living room that has a large flat-screen TV, making this a comfortable and convenient home for any professional relocating to the area.

Etterbeek is known for its international atmosphere and large population of expats. It is also home to the beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire, ideal for sunny weekend strolls, and has some very elegant architecture and good transport connection to the rest of the city.

What we liked the most

  • A dryer is an added bonus - you will not have to share your space with damp clothes.
  • The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle.
  • There is a large dining-table, perfect for hosting dinner parties.
  • The cosy living-room, complete with 2 sofas and a flat-screen TV, is the ideal place to relax after a long day at work.
  • This is a fantastic location for those who enjoy a multicultural atmosphere as the neighbourhood is home to expats from all over the world.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no parking available with the property but given its proximity to the metro and train stations and tram and bus stops, you may find that you do not need a car.
  • This property is situated in a large house, there is another apartment above. You will be sharing the staircase and entrance with your neighbours, but the kitchens are separate.
