The living room is large, spacious and well lit, with plenty of seating space so if you have guests to stay there is plenty of room. The dining room has a large dining table and lots of lovely and homely decoration that will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is large, fully equipped and complete with a dishwasher. There is a large window that opens out on to a peaceful balcony, great to air out the kitchen when you're cooking up a storm.

The apartment is situated on Avenue de Mars in Woluwe Saint Lambert, Brussels. The property is in a relatively residential part of Brussels but is still central and has great transport links to the heart of Brussels. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, so day-to-day living is easy and anything but boring. The property is also a 30-minute walk from the beautiful Parc de Cinquantenaire, so if you want to escape the pressures of city life, this apartment is in the ideal location for you.
