This lovely home has 4 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom and a shared kitchen, which you will share with the family or another student that will live here. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of natural light and it has everything you need: counter top space, a microwave, a fridge, an oven with an electric stove top and plenty of silverware and utensils in the cabinets. A beautiful patio with a table and two chairs is connected to the kitchen and it is exclusively for the tenants so you will have privacy while you enjoy a delicious meal and a wonderful view of the garden. The rooms available for rent and the common areas are designed for students in mind so the only question is: can you see yourself making this your home during your stay in beautiful Brussels?
Woluwe Saint Lambert is a quiet, residential neighborhood located to the east of Brussels' city center. The neighborhood has grown over the years and is now home to people from many different countries but it's still close and well-connected to the city center by tram or car. There is a tennis court nearby as well as many other shops and services, all accessible on foot. If you want to relieve stress or try something new, go to Aussems Thierry, a yoga studio located on the main road, Chausée de Roodebeek. You'll be sure to feel a little more refreshed, stretched out and able to continue studying!

- The rooms and common areas are designed with students in mind so it will be easy for a young, female student to get settled here.
- There is a private patio for the students to eat in.
- The rooms are spacious and are equipped with lots of shelving, storage space and great desks for studying.
- This area is quiet and residential but not too far away from the city center via public transportation.

- The landlady is a 40 year old woman who works and loves sports and lives on the property with her husband and 7 year old son. The family has a lovely cat named Felix so if you are allergic to or don't like cats, this property may not be for you!
- Visits are permitted in the property but only until 11 p.m.
