This is a vast 6-bedroom apartment to the north east of Brussels city centre.
The bedrooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building, with the kitchen and living area also on the 3rd.
The kitchen and living room are designed open-plan to add a sense of space for tenants. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave, oven and electric stove. There is also a dining table with room for all tenants - that's 6 chairs, plus 1 for a guest! There is also a shelving area for extra food storage. The living room follows, with a television, a 3-person sofa and 2 armchairs. The living room gets a lot of natural light so feels like a great place to hang out. The 3rd floor also has its own separate laundry home, which houses a washing machine and a drying rack.
There is also 1 bathroom for tenants to share - however, 4 of the bedrooms have their own private shower, so it will likely only be used by tenants in Bedrooms 1 & 2. The bedrooms on the 4th floor also have 2 communal toilet rooms to share.
