A fully-furnished, sunny room is available for rent on Avenue du Pois de Senteur, in Brussels. The bedroom is located inside a family home, but it is semi-independent, featuring a private kitchenette with a dining table, and a private toilet. The landlord, his daughter and their cat live in the house. The 18 sqm room is spacious and comfortable, furnished with a double bed, heating, a desk and plenty of storage space. You will also have your own sunny balcony, and both the room and the kitchen receive lots of natural light. For added comfort, wifi is already installed, and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. The house is located within close proximity to both the tram and bus networks, and beautiful Parc de Laeken, featuring the Royal Palace, official residence of the King and the Belgian royal family, is only five minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The bedroom for rent is bright and sunny, located on the second floor of a family home.
  • You will not have problems finding space to store your personal items, with good storage space.
  • There is a desk with a chair, providing a quiet and private space to study.
  • You will have access to your own balcony, overlooking a garden and neighbouring houses.
  • Your private kitchenette is separate from the room, and is equipped with a dining table, microwave, a coffee maker, a sink and a small refrigerator.
  • Plates, glasses and cutlery are also provided.
  • All bills are included in the monthly rent.

Things to keep in mind

  • You will have private use of a toilet, located adjoining your room, but you will share the bathroom containing the shower with the landlord's daughter.
  • Your kitchenette can be equipped with hot plates upon request.
  • Visitors are not allowed.
  • There is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat nearby.
