This spacious 180m2 apartment consists of a shared, fully equipped kitchen and a common bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a separate shower room and a toilet room. The tenants will have access to a living area, garden and a terrace, shared with the tenants of another apartment in the building. To ensure a comfortable stay, all utility bills are already included in the rent and all necessary amenities are provided. You will be living very close to Woluwepark and will have easy access to VUB and ULB Etterbeek campus - perfect for students who wish to live in a social environment.
