Spotahome is proud to present a comfortable room for rent for females only in a fantastic 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, located on Avenue Marius Renard, just a 30-minute metro ride from the city centre. This large apartment is beautifully decorated and features a wonderful balcony with eight-floor views of the surrounding area. We love the stylish living area and the fully equipped kitchen, along with the shared bathroom, equipped with a comfortable bathtub - you will be sharing these areas with a live-in landlord, occupying the second bedroom. Based in the neighborhood of Anderlecht, close to the Vijverspark, this large apartment is well connected to the city centre as there are tramway and bus stations provided nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The eighth-floor​ apartment has an excellent balcony with fantastic views over the city, especially beautiful during the night.
  • The balcony also features fantastic outdoor furniture with a barbecue!
  • We love the stylish living area, furnished with all necessary amenities to guarantee full comfort.
  • If required, the tenant can ask for more furniture in the rentable bedroom.
  • The apartment is just a 30 minute metro drive away from the city centre!

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment has a shared bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.
  • The room for rent has a sofa bed which expands into a comfortable double bed.
