The property consists of a shared, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and two shared bathrooms with showers. Each room for rent is furnished with all necessities, perfect for students who wish to live in a friendly neighborhood close to the city centre. The property is close to Elisabethpark as well as tramway, bus and a train station, providing easy access into Brussels city centre, Brussels UZ and VUB Jette campus, which are just a 20 minute ride away.

What we liked the most

  • The property is just seconds away from Besme tramway station and close to a bus station and Simonis train station.
  • Each room for rent is furnished with single beds, desks and plenty of storage for your belongings.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with an oven, a microwave and cupboards for your kitchenware.
  • You can easily reach the city centre in 20 minutes with a metro!
  • You will be located seconds away from the beautiful Elisabethpark, providing a perfect place to relax on a sunny day.
  • Brussels UZ and VUB Jette campus are easily reachable with a bus in just 20 minutes!

Things to keep in mind

  • Each bedroom has its own refrigerator and there is a shared kitchen.
  • The common areas include a kitchen with a dining area and two bathrooms with showers.
