This absolutely stunning house is located in the residential Schaerbeek neighborhood, and features high ceilings, wood floors throughout, and modern upgrades. The entire house is sunny, spacious and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. On the first floor you will find a lovely shared living area with a sofa, chairs, flat screen television, and decorative fireplace. A separate dining room features a large table and sideboard. The big, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, small appliances and ample storage space. Here you can access the beautiful garden, with a deck, grill and lawn. There is more than enough space to host barbecues and enjoy in the warm summer months. Beside the kitchen there is also an independent laundry room with a washer, dryer, additional refrigerator, and toilet. The bedrooms are spread across the top three floors, and are all bright, spacious, and fully furnished. Each of the bathrooms, three of which are en suites, is modern and recently renovated. Rue des Compagnons is a lovely residential street close to a park and public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is not only fully equipped, but very modern and spacious.
  • You will be able to use the gorgeous, private garden for entertaining or relaxing in the summer.
  • There are wonderful amenities, such as a washer, dryer, oven, and dishwasher.
  • Three of the seven bedrooms have en suites, so if you share a bathroom it will only be with one other tenant.
  • Schaerbeek is a multicultural and residential area with beautiful streets.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is located outside of Brussels' city center, however it is easily accessible via public transport.
