With ULB just a 25 minute walk away, this is a perfect choice for quiet students or even professionals looking for a peaceful studio apartment for rent in a multicultural district. Storage space is provided in every room, along with shelves and a desk where you can work or study. The area of the studio is 20m2.

What we liked the most

  • Due to its skylights, this studio is very luminous.
  • You can reach the city centre in less than 30 minutes!
  • The kitchen features several cupboards where you can store your belongings.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord lives in the house, however, the studio is completely independent.
  • Please note that the kitchen does not have an oven and the studio does not have a washing machine.
