The 60 m² studio apartment for rent has a spacious open layout and a balcony, which keeps it bright and fresh. Despite being a studio, the apartment is designed to give you separate living spaces. The bedroom has a double bed and is separated from the living room by an open shelving unit. The kitchen opens up into the living room separated by a half wall, making it the perfect place to entertain. The property is fully renovated and has elegant wallpaper and wooden floor boards. There is 1 bathroom – separated into a shower room and toilet room.

The studio is located south of the city center in Ixelles. This district is known for being culturally diverse and is home to two large shopping centers. The apartment is in a very convenient location and has multiple trams and buses just 5 minutes away,

What we liked the most

  • The property has an enclosed balcony, which provides the apartment with a lot of natural light.
  • The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, heating unit, desk, shelving, and a standalone wardrobe.
  • The living room is fully furnished with a couch, coffee table, dining table, storage, and TV.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher , and a mini refrigerator.
  • The bathroom has a 2-sink vanity – perfect for couples!

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not come equipped with a freezer.
  • The building does not have an elevator, but this spacious studio is worth the extra exercise.
