An elegant, 32m2 studio apartment is available to rent near several universities in Brussels's Ixelles neighbourhood. This property is actually situated in a house, and the landlady lives on the ground and first floors. The interior of the property is classical, with stylish furniture and a fireplace which adds a retro touch. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (although there is no washing machine nor dishwasher), and the living and bedroom area is cosy and features comfortable seating. The property is calm and perfect to study.

Ixelles is a lively area which is known for its multicultural atmosphere and its proximity to the city centre, with plenty of bars and shops.
