The apartment has a mezzanine level with the open-plan bedroom and bathroom, while the kitchenette and living space occupy distinct areas on the lower level, making the apartment feel more like a 1-bedroom than a studio.
With the central districts of Brussels just on the other side of Porte de Hal, living here you get the best of both worlds; the cheaper living that comes with not living in the centre, whilst having much of it within walking distance. You will find a great selection of multicultural cuisine and shops in the area, and Porte de Hal is just a couple of minutes walk away, surrounded by an attractive park.
