A sunny, 70m2 studio apartment with a lofted bedroom is available to rent to students and postgraduates only near a metro station in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Brussels. The main room is big, and it has a comfortable sofa, a desk, and an adorable fireplace area. Above the main living room is the loft bedroom, where you will find a double bed, several chests of drawers for storage, and some shelving space. The kitchen is also big and has everything you might need, including a fridge-freezer, an oven, a gas stove, a microwave, and a table with chairs for dining. The bathroom is sizable, and it has a shower and plenty of storage space in cabinets along the wall. The kitchen and the bathroom are both accessible by the hall outside of the main apartment. The property has many skylights, which let in plenty of sunlight.

Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is a quiet, residential area to the east of the Brussels city centre. Full of plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes, Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is also well-connected by bus and metro.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is enormous for a studio!
  • The bedroom is in a loft above the main room, which gives the property the feeling of being a 1-bedroom apartment and not a studio.
  • The kitchen is big and spacious.
  • There is a lot of natural sunlight that enters the property through the many skylights.
  • There is a metro station nearby the apartment. Convenient!

Things to keep in mind
