The balcony is attached to the main room, and looks out onto the fields below.

This apartment is situated on Lenneke Marelaan in Zaventem, a residential neighbourhood that is not located in central Brussels. This area is a little further than the edge of Woluwe Saint Lambert, and you will find apartment buildings, fields and several shops and restaurants in the vicinity. This property is great for students, as the Clinique Universitaire Saint-Luc UCL campus is nearby. There is parking outside the building and Alma, the closest metro station is about 13 minutes away.

What we liked the most
