This spacious studio apartment on Place Dailly, in Schaerbeek, has a modern open plan kitchen and living area and a double bed on a mezzanine level. The shower room is nicely tiled and equipped with a mirror, bathtub, and storage space, and the toilet is separate.

The apartment is located in a tranquil and well-connected area, close to trains, buses and trams. Josaphatpark, Park Square Ambiorix and Parc du Cinquantenaire are all within walking distance, so you will have plenty of good options to sit under a tree and relax outdoors.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has huge windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa and television.
  • The bedroom has a big wardrobe.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, including an induction stove and oven.
  • You will find shops, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.
  • The European Parliament is a 25-minute walk away.
  • David the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
