There are two types of rooms available for rent in this residence hall located on Rue Kerckx. The residence, divided over four levels, has two rooms per floor and there is a shared complete bathroom on every level. Other shared amenities include the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven and dishwasher and a dining area located within the kitchen. The neighborhood of the apartment is referred to as Ixelles and it is one of the most upscale, culturally diverse areas of Brussels. Tenants will have the convenience of being within 15 minutes’ walking distance from the Brussels-Luxemburg train station and the European Parliament Complex. The spacious residence hall measures 250 m2 in total area.
