You will have easy access to the city centre as well as Brussels Business School, VUB and ULB - a perfect opportunity for students!

Sunny bedroom, located on the top floor of the property. The room features rooftop windows, a private sink, a single bed, an extra sofa, a desk for your studies and a wardrobe - perfect for students! There is 1 bedroom of this type in total.
What we liked the most
- You will be located close to plenty of public transportation, including Montgomery metro and tramway station and Gare de Merode train station.
- Brussels Business School and the city centre are just a 15 minute metro drive away - you will also have easy access to VUB and ULB.
- The fully equipped shared kitchen features plenty of cupboards and a large dining table where you can chat with your new flatmates.
- You will be living in a large 600m2 property!
- Garçonnière kot for rent is bright and fully furnished and features an extra sofa.
Things to keep in mind
- Although this residence does not have a laundry area, there is a launderette available just a short walk away.
- The property has common shower area and an extra toilet room, however, all bedrooms are equipped with private sinks.
