This property has recently been renovated, and it is equipped with modern furniture whilst retaining elegant features such as original wooden floors and fireplaces. The living room/kitchen is incredibly unique, complete with wooden panelling and modern cooking appliances.
This apartment is situated on Avenue van Volxem in Forest; a quiet, green area to the south of Brussels which is becoming increasingly popular with families. The neighbourhood is well connected to the city centre and is known for its beautiful parks, both are within walking distance of the flat.

Bedroom 1 : this lovely, bright bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk, a sofa, and standalone wardrobe. It features high ceilings, wood floors, a fireplace, and an en suite with a modern shower. The room is beautifully furnished in a classical style, and offers an independent key and a large window with a street view.
