These 2 fantastic semi-independent studios are available to rent in an apartment on Vander Aastraat in Diegem. Each of the studios is very spacious, with a large living area with a kitchenette, and a raised mezzanine level with the bedroom on top. As well as these sizeable private spaces, the 2 studios share a comfortable living area which has a full kitchen, which is large and modern, and includes an oven as well as lots of storage space, and has stairs up to a cosy living area with a sofa and TV. Also shared is the huge bathroom, with both a bath and a shower, and also a washing machine, and a dryer. The whole apartment is modern, and well finished, with sloping ceilings of dark wood offset by the white walls.

The apartment is located in Diegem, a friendly residential neighbourhood in the outskirts of Brussels. This area offers plenty of parks and woodlands to explore, and is very close to the airport. A few minute's walk from the apartment is a commercial area with several banks, cafes and restaurants, and a couple of grocery stores. There is also an Aldi supermarket about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Studio 2 is another huge space, split over 2 levels, in the eaves of a roof. The roof is steeply slanted, so never comes low enough to make any of the room inaccessible. The lower area has a large work surface set up as a kitchenette and which doubles as a dining table or desk to seat 4 people. The main space of the lower area is taken up by a large, comfortable sofa and coffee table, lit by the skylight. Also on this level is a fridge, a washroom area with a basin and a large wardrobe, with plenty of space for all of your belongings.

Up the stairs you will find the bedroom area. The ceiling is lower here, but there is plenty of space for a double bed. The room has dark wood on the ceilings, offset by the white walls, and is lit by the 2 large skylights, through which you have views of the greenery in the outskirts of the city.
