This huge house on Avenue Saint-Augustin in Forest is spread over 4 floors, and includes 4 semi-independent studios for rent. Each studio has its own kitchenette, but shares a shower room and toilet with the other rooms. The landlords have their own self-contained apartment on the first floor.
In a quiet residential area to the south of the city, the house is in a good area, with useful shopping nearby, including Carrefour and Aldi grocery stores, and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Tram line 7 is a short walk away, and will bring you directly to Université Libre de Bruxelles. Nearby you can also find the large Forest and Duden parks, perfect for relaxing and studying in the sun.
Room description
Bedroom 4 is situated on the 3rd floor, under the roof, and is accessed via a steep ladder / staircase that comes up through the floor. This attic room is the largest in the house, and comes with a queen size bed (half way between a single and double). The room is separated into a bedroom and a large kitchen / living area. There is a lot of shelving, a wardrobe, and a storage in the low spaces under the eaves. There is also a large table that can be used as a dining table or a work desk.
The kitchenette has lots of storage, and includes a full gas oven and stove, a sink, 2 fridges, and a microwave, as well as an extra, electric oven.
This room shares a shower room and toilet with rooms 2 and 3. These are located on the stairwell between the first and second floors.
