The adjoining kitchen is sizeable and is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances and has plenty of storage and worktop surface space. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms, and there is 1 bathroom to share.
This apartment is located on Avenue des Saisons in the residential Ixelles area. This property is perfect for students, as it is just minutes from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Due to its proximity to the university, there are plenty of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants in the vicinity. To reach other parts of the city, you can walk to Etterbeek metro station.
