Both rooms for rent have large windows overlooking a beautiful garden and come equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay, including good storage space to organise personal items. This 120 sqm flat offers central heating, a full kitchen, a washing machine and Wi-FI. The apartment is located on Rue Kelle, in the Woluwe-Saint-Pierre neighbourhood, within walking distance to three beautiful parks: Parc Parmentier, Parc des Sources and Parc de Woluwe. Brussels City Center is approximately 7.5 kilometers away, and can be accessed in half an hour using public transport or 15 minutes by car.
