This furnished studio apartment is available to rent in Koekelberg, a quiet residential neighborhood to the west of Brussels. Stroll through the lovely Elisabeth Park, visit the nearby Basilica, or spend an afternoon in the Brussels Aquarium, which is also nearby. The 30 sqm studio is bright and sunny, with a large window. In the main living area there is a desk, dining table for two, sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features an electric stove and oven. Across the hall, the tenant has a private laundry and storage room with lots of space and a washer and dryer.

What we liked the most

  • There is a washer and dryer, so you will save money on laundry.
  • The private storage room across the hall is large, and especially useful when living in a studio.
  • Studios are perfect for singles or young couples who do not want the hassle of cleaning a big apartment.
  • Koekelberg has the best of both worlds. It is a quiet area that is just 30 minutes from downtown via public transport.

  • Please note that the only bed in the apartment is the sofa bed seen in the photos.

Koekelberg has several tram and bus stops. To get to downtown Brussels in rougly 30 minutes, you can take the number 20 bus to the Etangs Noirs metro stop and then take the train. Stops for the number 20 bus and number 19 tram are just down the street from the property.
