A wonderfully stylish studio apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Ixelles. There is a designer bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen with microwave, a living area with a sofa which converts into a double bed, and a spacious balcony overlooking the street.
The apartment is located right next to Tenbosch park, and is also conveniently located for the ULB and VUB universities. Transport links are excellent—buses and trams stop less than 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- We love the stylish decor.
- Perhaps the best feature of this studio is the balcony, a great place to sit out with a coffee.
- The sofa converts into a double bed, saving on space.
- You will be living in the sought-after district of Ixelles, close to universities.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is basic.
- There is no washing machine.
