This studio apartment with balcony in the Schuman Area is 50 m² and offers a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a spacious modern bathroom. The apartment is luminous and bright, with excellent views to the street.
This apartment is in an ideal location, with easy access to public transport and surrounded by many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The Jardin de la Vallée du Maelbeek park is close by, as well as the beautiful Marie-Louise park.
What we liked the most
- The apartment gets a lot of natural light as it has very large windows.
- The windows are decorated with beautiful sheer white drapes.
- There is a 2-seater sofa in the living area which doubles as a bed.
- There is a sleek wooden dining table for 4 and plenty of storage space.
- Maelbeek station is very close by.
Things to keep in mind
- Although the bedroom is not separated from the living area, this main room is exceptionally spacious.
