There is a spacious 40 m² studio apartment available to rent on the 4th floor of a house in the center of Brussels. Located on the last floor, the studio has skylight windows which fill it with sunlight. There is a lofted bedroom area with a double bed and a living room furnished with a sofa-bed. There is an equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
On Rue du Peuplier, the studio is located in the center of Brussels. You are surrounded by beautiful architecture, cinemas, and delicious restaurants. You can easily explore the city, having a metro stop a few minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- The lofted bedroom area give you a spacious common area.
- The apartment is well-decorated and feels very cozy.
- There is a dining table, arm chair, and built-in wardrobe.
- The TV comes with satellite cable.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room.
- The building does not have an elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor – so no need to pay for a gym membership!
