This modern studio apartment in Ixelles is 25 m² and offers are large sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet room. The apartment has 2 large windows providing excellent sunlight, and also includes a dining table for 3.
Home to several scenic parks, including the Parc de Bruxelles and Parc du Cinquantenaire, Ixelles is a multicultural area that is well-connected to central Brussels. Ixelles also has excellent shopping, home to both the Galerie d’Ixelles and the Galerie de la Porte de Namur.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is centrally heated, perfect for winter.
- There is a large standalone wardrobe and a chest of drawers, so plenty of storage space.
- The apartment has modern wooden floors and is nicely decorated.
- There are several supermarkets nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
- The kitchen area is quite small, but functional and fully equipped.
