Spotahome's opinion
This 35 m² studio apartment is exceptionally bright, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows which line one wall. They also afford some lovely views out over the rooftops of the city, from this 5th floor vantage point. The studio is modern, and well equipped, with contemporary stylings.
You'll be living in the western part of Ixelles, close to the city centre and the European Quarter. This is an area which is exceptionally well supplied with amenities, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby, plus pharmacies, doctor's surgeries, and everything else you need for day-to.day life. You're also just a short walk from Brussels' museums district.
What we liked the most
- The floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows allow in a great deal of light, making the apartment very welcoming.
- All of the fittings and furnishings in the apartment are totally modern and new.
- The sofa folds out to become a double bed, which helps keep the apartment feeling spacious.
- For a slice of cinematic history, just wander around the corner... to the birthplace of Audrey Hepburn.
