A bright, retro-style studio apartment with a large balcony is available to rent in Ixelles, near the Brussels city center. The property is spacious and has a large main room, where you will find a double bed hidden behind some shelving, a desk, a dining table, a multimedia center with a TV, and an enormous balcony with quiet, green views. The stylish kitchen has everything you might need, including a microwave, an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, and a unique bar area that opens up to the living room. The bathroom is practical and has a large built-in wardrobe and a washing machine.

Ixelles is a central, well-connected district. Within walking distance of the city center, Ixelles is home to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, and small parks for you to enjoy.

What we liked the most

The balcony is huge.
The main room is large and stylish-- it has a unique, 70s vibe!
The kitchen has a fun and useful bar area that opens up to the main room, which you can use to serve food to guests.
There is a large, built-in wardrobe in the bathroom.
A tram stops just outside of the apartment.
