A stunning studio apartment with a large terrace and all utility bills included is available to rent in Botanique. The property is bright and spacious, and it has a sunny main room with a foldable double bed, a comfy sofa, a dining table, and a TV. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a 4-burner electric stove, an oven, a large fridge, a toaster, and lots of storage space. The bathroom is also modern, and it has a lovely glass shower, automatic lights, a built-in speaker system, and heated towel rack. The terrace is large and has a small table with chairs. There is a washing machine and a dryer in a common laundry room in the building.
The apartment is located on Boulevard du Jardin Botanique, in the Botanique neighborhood, right next to the gorgeous botanical gardens. The district is also home to the Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. There are 2 metro stations in the area, making this an ideal neighborhood for just about anyone!

- The terrace is gorgeous-- it's the perfect place to relax with coffee or drinks on a sunny day!
- There is a washing machine and a dryer in a common room.
- The apartment building has a lovely, antique style.
- The botanical gardens and the Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles are literally right next door to the studio.
- The bed folds up into the wall, which is ideal for hosting guests, cleaning, or making the main room feel larger.
- There is a speaker system in the bathroom-- shower singers, welcome home!
