This cozy studio apartment on Chaussée de Wavre, in Ixelles is fully furnished and in a great location. The 35m² property is compact but makes excellent use of the limited space. There is an equipped kitchen, a tidy bathroom, and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The apartment is located in Ixelles, one of the most diverse neighbourhoods in the city. Take a stroll around the Ponds of Ixelles, grab a snack at the outdoor market, or explore the many excellent cafes and restaurants in the area.

What we liked the most

Ixelles is a vibrant and culturally diverse area to live in.
The kitchen is compact but well equipped and has a microwave.
There is a small breakfast bench for enjoying your meals.
The apartment gets lots of natural light.
There is a tidy tiled bathroom.
