This beautiful, bright 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Kossuth Lajos utca in Várkerület. The living area is spacious with bright furniture and leads into a sleek kitchen. Double doors from the living room open into the bedroom that has a large double bed and spacious standalone wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with a large shower and there is a separate toilet room.

This apartment is located in a bustling area in Budapest. There is a lot of retail shopping in the surrounding area as well as many places to go and socialise such as bars, cafes and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • The supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment
  • There are ATMs and banks in the area.
  • There is an elevator in the building so you don't have to walk up 4 flights of stairs every day.
  • The property feels very spacious and makes great use of space.
  • There is heating in the property to keep you cosy during the winter.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no parking available with this apartment, however the public transport in the area is excellent.
  • There is no clothes dryer in the apartment so a rack may be necessary to dry washing.
