This big studio apartment to rent on Kàrpàt u. is on the 2nd floor. In the entrance hall you’ll find the door to the bathroom, which has a shower stall. Another door leads to the kitchen, which is spacious and fully equipped. It has a gas stove and washing machine, and is furnished with a 4-seat dining table. The living room, which also serves as the bedroom, has a sunny window and parquet floors. It’s also roomy and is furnished with a large sofa bed, standalone wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers and shelving.
Újlipótváros is off the beaten path. Even the modernist building of this neighborhood seem different from the more traditional architecture of the city. Your new home is 10 minutes away from the Danube. You can see Margaret Island from the river bank. At nearby RaM Colosseum you can catch Hungarian dance performances, or live music at the Budapest Jazz Club. There is a cinema and shopping mall 15 minutes away, and the Aldi supermarket is around the corner.

- Both the kitchen and living/sleeping areas are spacious.
- You get ample natural light in the living area.
- There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
- It’s a fairly quiet apartment.
